Winnie Karanja is a speaker, a consultant, an entrepreneur, and a creative architect of equitable frameworks and transformative solutions.
She is a force and a disrupter shifting paradigms at every level – from institutions to individual mindsets – so that communities not only thrive within existing structures but build entirely new ones. While her early career centered on educational equity and building tangible STEM skills, her mission has expanded. Today, she works at the intersection of technology, health, and justice, developing tools that support pediatric care, civic participation, and sustainable development. Winnie is moving deeper into impact work launching new initiatives in pediatric asthma, agriculture, and tech-enabled care.

Background
Winnie holds a Master of Science in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Winnie draws from a long familial line of ingenuity and fortitude in her work. Her formal training feeds into her diverse and multi-faceted understanding of creating beyond the status quo. She operates from the joy center, harnessing brazen imagination and powerful curiosity to redefine excellence.
